RETURNS
If it is necessary for you to return a product to us, for whatever reason you must first contact us either by phoning 07 349-6180 or 022 403-6552 during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm), or by email to enquiries@mhacs.co.nz. We will discuss the reason for return and if appropriate issue you with returns information..
Please contact us within 10 days of purchase so we can discuss the reason for return and the appropriate process.
Unless the product is damaged or faulty, items can only be returned if the product is still in the original condition and packaging (including any accessories, manuals and documentation), and you meet the return delivery costs.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and checked.
We will not accept a returned product where an item has been specially ordered or modified to meet particular specifications.
Should a product be returned to us and a fault or damage is found to be have been caused by (but not limited to) faulty installation, misuse or abuse no liability to repair, replace or refund shall exist on the part of Rotorua RV.
