Dropped in on these people out of the blue, with a relatively urgent job, on a Friday afternoon (not necessarily a good combination!). They were good-humoured and super-helpful, and got us sorted out. Hopefully we won't have another urgent problem when we're passing through Rotorua, but if we do we know who'll be helpful.
